Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on location and selected shipping method at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.

International shipping times may vary due to customs processing and local carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
